How do I make a purchase?
Welcome to Sanatio Naturalis Online. Shopping is easy, convenient and secure.
Step 1: Simply select the product you want to purchase and then click “Add to Bag”.
Step 2: Then click "Continue Shopping" or “Checkout” button to confirm and finalize your order. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process.
Step 3: After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed confirming that your order has been received. A confirmation email will also be sent shortly after your order has been dispatched.
Why was my order cancelled?
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:
- Item(s) not available
- Inability to process payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- We have identified a pricing or Product description error
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by Our Customer Services Team as soon as possible. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
A product may temporarily be unavailable. Unfortunately you cannot add out of stock items to your Shopping Bag.
Can I Place My Order Over The Phone?
You can place your order over the phone through Sanatio Naturalis Mail Order on 0800 566 8060. Our Customer Care Team will be able to assist you.
All orders will be prepared by the Logistics Centre located in England, then dispatched by Royal Mail.
Two delivery options are available to you: Standard and Next Day delivery.
Standard delivery £5 (orders placed Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays, delivered within 3 - 5 working days)
Next Day delivery £10 (1 working day - next day if ordered before 12pm)
Free Standard Delivery within the United Kingdom on All Orders over £60
*Subject to availability and excluding public holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays). Please allow one additional day for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, certain British islands and other rural areas.
* Unfortunately we are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
*All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and delivered.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, a signature will be required upon delivery. If you are unable to accept the delivery, the parcel may be taken to the nearest Post Office or a re-delivery attempted at a later date.
Where is my order?
You may track your order by logging in to your Account and visiting the Order page. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.

We are able to deliver to the following overseas destinations:

Deliveries within the EU cost £15. 5 - 10 working days.
Deliveries to the Rest of the World cost £25. 10 - 15 working days.

Nature is preserved as an integral part of all Sanatio Naturalis products. All products are free of synthetic colours and fragrances. The full list of ingredients is listed on the packaging of all Sanatio Naturalis products.

Returns and Refunds
Return of Products
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Sanatio Naturalis Online purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery.
Products must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt using the Returns Form provided. For reasons of hygiene, all returned products must be unused, and intact, in their complete and original packaging and in condition which is suitable resale, otherwise we may not accept them and return them to you. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any Product that the customer wish to return.
If any free or multi-purchase discount products were included in the cancelled order, these must also be returned with the cancelled products.
Unless the products are incorrect, damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, you will be responsible for the Return shipping and handling charges. Please ensure you retain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. We will be unable to provide you with a full refund if the Products are not returned to us or if they are damaged when they arrive.

We aim to process your returned parcel for an exchange or refund within 14 days upon receipt.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect Items

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.
