It is particularly beneficial for genitourinary infections such as vaginal thrush and cystitis. Mix 5 - 10 drops of tea tree essential oil with a teaspoon of carrier oil, add to a warm Sitz Bath, Sit and soak in for 20 minutes.
Add 10 – 15 drops to a diffuser.
Alternatively add 5 drops to a warm bath, or 1 to 2 drops to your chosen base oil for a relaxing massage.
